The Shard - London Bridge

Hyatt Regency Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The 257-room hotel will be part of Al-Swailem Tower and an upscale shopping arcade and commercial complex in Saudi Arabia.
Located around 30 minutes from King Khaled International Airport, the property will feature a "distinctive façade" and contain a speciality restaurant, health centre with pool, massage, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, as well as a business centre, meeting rooms and 300-person multi-function hall.

ITN is one of the world's leading news and multimedia content companies creating, packaging and distributing news, entertainment, factual and corporate content on multiple platforms to customers around the globe.

One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge
The most luxurious address in London is official: One Hyde Park, created on the
site of the former 1950s building Bowater House in Knightsbridge, is set to be
the most iconic work of architecture that London has ever seen. Designed by
pre-eminent architect Richard Rogers, the development of 80 apartments and
three exclusive boutiques within four pavilions, will be created to form a unity
between Knightsbridge and Hyde Park.

Large scale retail chains across the uk such as Gap, An American clothing and accessories retailer based in San Francisco, California, and founded in 1969 by Donald G. Fisher and Doris F. Fisher. The company has five primary brands: the namesake Gap banner, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Piperlime and Athleta. As of September 2008, Gap, Inc. has approximately 135,000 employees and operates 3,076 stores worldwide and H&M which have over 2,300 stores in 43 countries and as of 2011 employed around 87,000 people. It is ranked the second largest global clothing retailer.

Bexley Business Academy, Erith
Construction of a solar photovoltaic farm (aprox 3000 panels) including the installation of solar panels and associated plant, renewable energy and conservation centre, fencing and landscaping.

The Monument, City of London
The £4.5 million project, funded by the City of London Corporation, will involve the cleaning and repair of the Monument's stonework and the re-gilding of it's famous golden orb. A range of new and improved facilities will be created such as a modified gallery "cage", new lighting and, for people who do not want to climb the 311 stairs to the top, there are plans for live views to be relayed from the gallery to visitors on the ground.

Fairmont Dubai
A unique blend of contemporary design and urban chic, Fairmont Dubai, a luxury hotel is an icon in the financial heart of the city. Designed with business in mind, this multi-use complex is just minutes from Dubai's key attractions, shopping facilities, golf clubs and beaches and is directly linked to the Dubai International Convention Centre by a dedicated covered walkway, as well as linked to the metro system with direct service to the Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1 and 2).
Modeled after an Arabic wind tower (barajeel), this 34 storey property features 394 guestrooms (including 128 suites and penthouses), residential apartments and offices, as well as its premier Fairmont Gold hotel within a hotel product.

Dubai Pearl
Dubai Pearl is a world class, mixed-use, 20 million sq ft integrated development being implemented by Pearl Dubai FZ LLC. Overlooking the Palm Jumeirah island in the heart of the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone, the development sets a new benchmark for sustainable urban communities in Dubai. In creating of a 24 hour living, walkable community where people can work, play and live in one destination, Dubai Pearl will redefine the pulse of the city, providing premium offices, international retail and the highest quality dining and entertainment facilities. Dubai Pearl's prime location will offer an unparalleled combination of free-hold in the convenience of a free zone with luxury, energy efficient sustainability and state-of-the-art technology.
The development will ultimately provide a home for 9,000 people, and a workplace for 12,000. Dubai Pearl is expected to be completed in 2013.

Barts and the London Hospitals
The proposals for Barts, together with those for The Royal London, will be able to provide a total of up to 1,248 beds. More than 40% of the beds will be single rooms with ensuite facilities; the remainder, in roomy four-bedded bays. Wards will be light and airy, with separate facilities for women and men.
The Barts blend the hospitals historic Georgian buildings with the modern architecture of a new building designed for 21st -century clinical care.
The new Barts Hospital is expected to be fully completed by 2015, with major elements ready beforehand, including the new cancer facility in 2010.
The new Royal London hospital is expected to be fully completed by 2015, with 75% of The Royal London redevelopment ready by early 2012.

Elektron, Docklands
The Elektron Development site is situated on the north side of the River Thames directly opposite the Millennium Dome. Above 4-5 storeys, the site enjoys fantastic panoramic views of Canary Wharf to the west and the river to the south. The opportunity to exploit these views has generated a design of one 25 storey building and two 22 storey buildings providing 437 apartments.
Tower 1 is orientated on an east west axis, creating a public plaza in front of the building and opening up the site to link with the Docklands Light Railway concourse. Towers 2 and 3 are orientated on a north south axis, responding to the local urban grain. The Greenwich Meridian line bisects the site linking the site and the river front. The Meridian line is marked with an art piece on Tower 1 adding a distinct identity to the scheme. Planning consent was granted in May 2005 and construction is now underway using innovative pre-fabrication techniques.
The project won the British Homes Awards 2007 Innovation Award for Building Technology.
